Nicole Tornincaso is an innovative Product Developer and Color expert with an entrepreneurial spirit, fueled by the creation of unique and disruptive beauty products.

With almost two decades of experience in the beauty industry, her passion lies in new product ideation across all color cosmetic categories, skincare, body care, brushes and beauty tools, as well as human-grade pet care. She is an environmentally conscious creator of cult-favorite beauty innovations; passionate and tenacious about true innovation, ethical launch practices, sustainability, and animal rights.
